Yes. You heard me right. I’ve recently seen several listings where the agent used camera phone photos for their online marketing, and the sellers had no help or guidance on how to prepare their home to list it for sale. Part of an agent’s job is to MARKET your home. First impressions are everything.
From the picture’s above which photos make you want to schedule a showing?
According to RIS Media, “homes with high quality photography sell 32 percent faster. For homes in the $200,000 to $1 million range, those that include high-quality photography in their listings sell for $3,000-$11,000 more.”
When you are interviewing an agent ask them about their marketing plan. If they don’t use a professional photographer, don’t hire them. I said what I said.
Camera phone credit goes to myself.
Professional photo credit goes to Carmichael.
